What do you do to unwind?

Blain mate, gimme a buzz on MSN in the morning when you're free. I used to have exactly the same problem around christmas, the migranes were sureal and incredibley painful.

When i'm feeling stressed I tend to find sitting down with a good book, film or listening to some gentle music helps.

I beleive pets are also meant to be great for helping people relax (assuming you don't end up with an insane mutt, or cat that likes to chew wiring), as if my memory serves apparently studies have shown that stroking a dog/cat can do wonders for stress.

So Ernst Satvro Blofeld is probably quite a chilled out guy then :p

Snooker (or pool) is my ultimate way of destressing. It's one of the only things that seems to free my mind of everything else going on in life :)

Kissies (if I got any :(), hugs, baileys, my girl friends relax me by just being amazing, slow music (Marvin gaye haha!) errmmm..other stuff!

Scuzi

I sufffered a similar thing a few years back... Mine werent migraines tho, they were crippling neuralgia...

The cause was I was so stressed I was clenching my teeth... I went to a dentist and they gave me a bite guard for my teeth... cured...

Definately worth a try if you are clenching/grinding your teeth

:(
