Usually end up putting the parts in friends PCs to help them along, never had anything worth selling at the point of replace anyway.
What do you do with your old hardware?

Depending on the part I will keep it for a while to ensure its replacement is all good. And then after that I will put it up for sale.
Whatever is left after the sale I will keep in case any friends want it.
Usually the second part doesn't go well lol so I will probably end up with another full build soon and then I can sell it as a whole system which is easier.
