What do you guys think of this laptop

I asked 1 guy, and he says its horrible, so what do you think? I really like it look wise.

Its a acer apire 5920 - 3A2GMi

Im thinking about getting 1 to replace my main pc, if its as fast, then I can properly test it out, untill I got some more money to upgrade my main pc. Would you say its as fast as my main pc?(see in sig). I think the laptop would last for years as a non gaming laptop... Your thoughts guys?

how fast is a Intel Centrino Duo T7300 in desktop pc performance?? cos I think thats the cpu it has.

That doesn't look too bad to me but see what others say as it is an acer and their reputation isn't the best.

Ive just fixed a acer lappy,, mem slots are dodgey and will only run on 1 stick of mem

What res is the screen?

My Acer TravelMate 2000 can only run one stick of memory at any one time aswell.

might be able to have it for £470 of the "bay", basically its 2 or 3 weeks old, brand new in box. Shall I go for it guys? Whats the graphics card like, is it as fast as my 1900xt card?

Get the 5920G if you can afford it, far better spec

Actually the 3A2GMi is a tad **** for the price, just been reading up on the gpu it has, and it cant even run doom3 at 800x600... whats the point with the 2gb of memory if it cant run anything? I would have thought it would be a bit like a desktop replacement, but nowhere near, dam you acer, I almost got realed in there on look wise.... But the 5920g is loads better and it looks the same, but havent got that kind of money...bummer
