Looks good! Though that motherboard doesnt have a RAID controller? If you were looking at RAID in the future maybe, you could consider something like the GA-P35C-DS3R? Few bob cheaper as well.

an excellent over clocking mother board

The IP35 pro has solid capacitors, Raid ability and a silent heatpipe

A Tuniq Tower would be a good choice for the CPU cooler, as would a Noctua NH-U12F but both are £30 up. If that is a bit too much then the Arctic Freezer 7 Pro is a worthy alternative and an excellent cooler
