What do you keep your equipment in?

Flight case? Plastic container? Bag? I'm interested. Thinking in a flight case with foam to store lenses, flashes and accessories; but they are either cheap and nasty efforts or incredibly expensive ones.

Actually this thread has got me thinking a bit. .......

Does anyone know of something like the F-stop ICU (but cheaper !) that would fit inside a 20l daypack? As lightweight as possible really while still providing some protection for m43 sized kit.

Might call for a DIY project I guess.

Have a look on the river website, search for camera insert or camera partition and there are a few options. This is what I've been considering for storage, a cheap travel hardcase and some inserts to keep the gear in.
