you said you weren't buying them, what advice did you expect to get on them? if you had said im interested in these what do you guys think then someone would have left feedback, point they was trying to make i think is a thread about something you arnt going to buy could be pretty much about anything and has no point.

Not sure about the headset but the mixamp is reputably very good and can be used with any set of stereo headphones.

You need to feed it a Dolby Digital signal for it to do Dolby Headphone in 5.1
