Since yesterday morning none of our wireless devices have been able to connect to the internet including iPhones, Samsung Galaxy S, San Fransisco, laptops, tablets and media streamers.
All 4 wired connections are working perfectly.
I've done countless reboots.
I've done 2 factory defaults.
I have a solid middle light but the wireless light keeps flashing on & off.
Two VM helpdeskers said they have seen a fault on my connection and they have reported it and said to try again in 2 hours (about 6 hours ago).
My wireless light still flashes but I don't know if it's supposed to.
I've also rebooted again but no luck with the wireless.
Now here's my main question:
Surely if I have a good wired connection then the signal coming into my Superhub is OK and the fault with the wireless must be the Superhub?
Is that correct logical thinking or could my excellent wired connection still be causing a wireless fault coming from outside?
