what do you take in your lunch box

For work i take a lunchbox and 2 bottles of orange squash so about 1ltr
Anyway in my lunchbox i have:
4x ham and lettuce rolls
2x chocalote bars rocky/mars/toffeecrisp etc
1x pepperomi mini size
1x home made chocalte chip cookie
1x kipling cake ( the one with the icing and cherri thing on top)
1x fruit gums for me to eat while working.

This see's me through my 8 hour shift and i was just wandering what everyone else have.

im thinking of adding a carrot or yogurt to my lunchbox. Im not sure what yogurt though i used to like eating potshots but im too old for that so what about thoes ones with the different flavoured balls and u bend it so it goes into the yogurt.

i dont eat that amount of food in 2 days.

My work keeps me fit so i dont gain weight im only 10stone 7 pounds and im 6 foot tall. So i eat what i want really so what else yogurts is there that are tasty but i suppose healthy
