I spilled some water in my kitchen then I slipped over in it. I want to complain to the water company for supplying me faulty water. Unfortunately my girlfriend mopped it up before I could take any photos of the mess they caused with the faulty water.

What can I expect them to give me for the hassle they've caused me? I'd like to possibly send it back for an exchange or even a refund, but I want some compensation for my troubles too.
