What do you think of this band?

Were those recordings from a live show? The drummer's not very tight at all and the singers off key quite a bit, but they sound like they've got some interesting material in the works. Good stuff on the whole :) Some good influences there aswell.
 
Apologies if your mate is the drummer, but ouch. He's all over the place. It's terrible :\ Their style would work if there was a solid backing from him, but without that it really is all over the place. Of course this could be something to do with the way it was recorded (home recorded or something) but.. meh. I hate the little half attempts at fills he does all the time as well :\
