What do you think of this set up

Looks good, pretty solid build. Could always switch out the RAM for Samsung Green & knock that up to 2133Mhz, but then again, I like corsair vengeance.

Make sure you overclock them cards, 3 Screens may stretch them a little!

Seems Solid.

Spec looking ok, the ram seems to be linking to a product unavailable.

What cpu cooler would you be using?

i am still not sure if i should get that CPU or the £400~ six core one will there be much difference i mean i will be running 3 screens and games so i guess 6core would be better or?
Thanks.

You could adopt the 3820 on the 2011 socket, Ivybridge-E is still to be released on this socket so you could upgrade to a Hexcore later

Looks like a really nice setup i already have the mobo and ram that i posted i forgot to say i already had that you think that processor you link would be better than the one i linked? sorry im terrible with computers i just need to make sure it all runs 3 screens that can play high end games along with video editing i do a lot on the stock market and with excel so that will all run good just wanted to make sure it will run fine with 3 screens while playing games and so on.

Thanks a ton!

You're welcome

If you have that UD3H mobo already then the i7 you have picked is bang on. The Hexcore CPUs aren't for that socket......which is why I used the Intel X79 mobo instead.

Get the 850W PSU for a couple quid more and you are good :) You are supposed to get a mega bundle of games if you adopt Xfire from the get go with the 7950s. Check with OCuk if they are doing that deal.

What case are you using out of interest? Looks like it will be a very nice bit of kit indeed :D
