what do you think of this theme

Bit TOO blue i think. I like the use of the PSP/Vista background though they're great images. But yeah a bit to much blue. Maybe turn down the background image and use black fonts?
 
Agreed with above, would look good if the outer layer wasn't so blue to give it depth.
 
Quite like the blue, the navigation menu top left looks out of place and different from the rest of the page.

theres a blank space cos i tried to put a header, but it didnt look good so i removed it.

i'm thinkin of getting a more detailed background with artwork at the top and left sides.
 
Like the images, the text to the side of them seems different from the sharp text ont the rest of the page though. Small adjustmet there and it will be sweet.
 
few things.

i think the light blue is too lightish, it hits you too much when visiting the site.

also hovering over links like "introduction to xoops" makes the blue window move at the bottom, don't know if that can be avoided but it's off putting to say the least.

other than that it looks fab.
 
Looks pretty good imho.

only bit i noticed moving to any degree was on the photo gallery when you hover over the download link the bottom moves a tad.
 
imo the menu could do with being made slightly larger, the bullet point image needs changing as it looks nothing like what it should. Im guessing this is because its a transparent image. The subtitle underlining/borders clash with the light background, esspecially on "Sponsors". Another small thing is the image at the very top, of the women. Its very high but not very long, meaning theres a big empty gap on the right side. Apart from that its a well laid out website, and seems to fit nicely in firefox/IE.
