Depends what you want it for. I personally wouldnt want it for anything as to me the technology in there is slightly old and low.

Only 512MB of RAM and 18GB of space.

I would wait for a 2nd opinion though.

but coulden't i just put some other disk inside????
I would use this machine for normal things,....
would install XP pro on it and would use it for web browsing, some video encoding, picture editing,mp3 listening,...only those things i do now on my normal pc!!
well in my eyes it doesnt cost that much ca.467 Euro,... is that to much!!

Yes you could upgrade the disks (SCSI ones though, tend to cost more..). The RDRAM memory is not cheap or common now either. Many major suppliers don't sell it at all.

Yes you could install XP Pro on it (but not XP Home I believe). I'm sure you could build something with current components that would offer better performance and certainly more storage for similar money though.

lol yes. You're comparing 2 cpus based on Netburst to a Core 2 cpu thats not even far back in MHz speed, it'll be severly owned when it comes to cpu power and for what you intend to use it for.

Well for £316ish its not too bad, but I would stretch my budget a bit and get a conroe based computer tbh. The main thing is this computer is likely to be hard(er) to upgrade etc, so in the longer run a standard non server machine would make better sense.
