I have purchased: ASrock 939Dual Sata2 MOBO, AMD Athlon 64Bits 3700 San Diego 939skt and a Titan Tower TTC-NK32TZ Heatpipe Cooling Fan skt939 (to sit on processor).

What do you think to this for part of my spec?

Board and mobo should serve you well. Never heard of the cooler.
