Looking good mate, i think most of the problems have been covered by the experts 
One other thing I'd look at is the line height on the text. try adding a little more height to space the text lines out slightly as in places its tending to look a little cramped.

apart from that it's looking fine.
Oh and same as Mr_L with the sugestion of using lists to layout your links insted of the <br />'s. Do the same on the appartments page for laying out your photos. I think the text on this page could be better layed out as well.
