In need of a cheap car for a year or so and was thinking of going for this. Its 83 or so miles away and he said he'll be willing to let it go for £700.

Does it look reasonable/genuine?

Looks good to me. Mum has got a 1.8RSi on a P plate (same phase) which I enjoy driving occasionally. Nice little car
