I've recently been forced to redo my overclocking due to a biso flash, my AMD 64 3000+ is now running as a 3800+ stably...... not sure if I should go for 4000+

Aprt from the above I'm mainly asking for thoughts on my RAM timing settings..... terminolodgy between CPU-Z and my bios is sometimes difficult to translate as you will see below..... do you think these could be improved any or do they seem ok?

Give me your thoughts please guys.

Try running a 166 (DDR333) divider on the ram, you may need to slacken timings in order for it be stable though. Orr you could go for 300 HTT x 9 = 2.7Ghz and leaving the rest of the settings as is which would run your ram at DDR400. You may need a voltage bump on the cpu though
