What do you use for a load test (monitoring temperature levels)?

A quick question boys and girls.

I'm considering swapping out the 80mm fan on my heatsink with a quieter but lower CFM 92mm fan and I want to test how much hotter it's going to get.

What would you use to create enough continuous load to bring the temperature up?
