For those of you who watch live TV what do you use to see what is coming up?

We used to get TV & Satellite Weekly but would often not get around to even opening it!

I don't have the inclination to flick through the 500 channel EPG so what do the great OcUK users use to know when a new series or a programme that they may be interested in is coming up?

I might just resub to TV & S Weekly but wanted to see if I was missing a trick.

I don't see how flicking through the EPG is any worse than reading a TV listing magazine... so I just use the Sky Guide.

I occasionally use the radio times website when not near a Tv.

Mostly the Sky+ app, it's generally quicker and easier to get around than the on-screen EPG. Only for finding shows I know are coming up that I want to record though, I rarely go looking for something to watch as it's being broadcast, everything is recorded.

Same 'ere. Seems the easiest way since its actually on the TV you are looking at. Can't see the point of using another device to open up an app to check what's on then go back to the TV and then use the EPG to locate the program I want to watch.

The Sky app connects to your box.

Digiguide but you need a subscription.

Perhaps someone can help me here -
On my satellite box it downloads XMLTV info every day for channels all around the world and I have a superb EPG & TV Listings that I can also see on my PC as long as my box is on.
I'm after a PC version of a XMLTV programme that updates.
Anybody know of one?
I have searched and tried a couple but they weren't as good as my LINUX box version.
