What do you use for UPS managed shutdowns?

We've just taken the step to install a large UPS to keep things running through minor power instabilities but I feel it prudent to have it shut down servers when capacity is running low, too.

I've been looking for solutions to this without much luck.

The Dell UPS appears to support NMS notification, I'm guessing this is the route to go down?

If its one of the older Dell badged APC UPS then I'd grab a copy of APC's software from their site.

If its a newer Dell, I believe you should look at Dell Multi UPS Management Console:
