Autoglym leather cleaner works very well at cleaning the leather without drying it out. I also use Autoglym leather conditioner to keep it supple. I've heard Liquid Leather is good too.
I use the Swissol leather car kit here. It leaves the leather feeling and smelling lovely. The autoglym conditioner leaves the leather a little greasy I found.
