what do you use to convert to mp3

ive been putting music on my g/f phone and the mp3 converter im using takes ages to do songs as you have to put them in different folders, i thought the software that came with the phone had a mp3 converter but its not

EAC+LAME, CDex, Winamp, Windows Media Player, iTunes... any of these will make mp3's and put the files into some decent semblance of Artist/Album/Track with all the correct tags!...

im going to use windows media player but what should the audio quality be set to? is it 192
