what does arcade perfect mean????

Im sorry if this is a stupid question but everything i read about the upcoming streetfighter 2 hd remix says its going to be arcade perfect.

What does that mean. Was the arcade streetfighter 2 different from the console one and if so what are the differences???

it used to mean when a game was made to be exactly the same as the arcade version.

Back in the day Arcade machines were a lot more powerful/ had more buttons so the consoles just had ports of there superior cousins. Sometimes though he ports were better than the arcade games. For example I actually prefer the Mega Drive Golden Axe to the Arcade one.
