What does B Grade mean?

I was looking at getting a 7950 and I found these 2:

What is the difference? Any benefit of getting the windforce?

B grade means it's a returned item with a 90 day warranty. If opened by law it can't be sold at full RRP.

THe windforce is on offer, it has a 3 year uk based warranty which is nice. The HIS comes with a 2 year warranty usually

What does "B-Grade" mean?
B-Grade items are manufacturer's repairs or items we are unable to sell as new, they may be subject to packaging damage or may be a brown box product. All B-Grade items come with a 90 day warranty and may be missing items such as driver CD's and cables. Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with the reason why this is B-Grade as each B-Grade item is different.

it means either the box has been too damaged to sell as new, its been sent by via RMA or it has been refurbished

It's not that it can't be sold at RRP, it's just that you can't sell it as new (hence the B-Grade tag).

And of course, nobody is going to be thick enough to buy a non-new item for the same price as the new item. They could set the price higher if they wanted, but it wouldn't work.

Depends if its EOL, not available new etc.
