What does it mean if a company status is 'Pre-dissolution' ??

Have a potentially good customer after a cold call - approx £20k orders minimum, however when I have done a credit check on them the company status throws up - Pre-dissolution.

Is this bad?? What does it mean?

Hmmm ok sounds like a potential very high risk customer. May aswell still quote and get them to pay pro - forma

You're in charge of taking orders of £20k+ for a company and you're asking this question on a Computer orientated forum?!

I am, and I dont see it a problem in asking the question? There are many different folk on here from bums to directors, some one is bound to know!
