What does it mean when Fahmon is orange?

Hi there

On fahmon it shows the box next to the percent complete to be orange, while its orange it seems not much s happening (% doesnt rise), yet im using 100% cpu, however when the box is green all is good, can anybody clear this up whats going on and why it changes from orange to green?

Green = Everything is OK

Orange = Everything is OK, but the WU is taking longer than expected. This can happen if you have had your PC switched off for a while or are running CPU intensive programs. Basically FahMon's original ETA doesn't match with current progress. Usually goes back to green after a little while.

this is supposed to be fixed in the new version - I've not stayed up that late to see it for a while though

I've noticed that all my PC's in FahMon go orange at the same time, I hadn't registered that it was at midnight though.
