what does oem mean?

as far as i know isnt it a 3rd paty manufacture making parts on behalf of the company?

that oem but you get 2 years less warranity than a normal 4790k for £10 less, am i missing something?

usually theres less warranty and no cpu cooler/box as apposed to retail

why is this, any why don't they offer a big price / on that then?
