Returns Department

im trying to return a 4850 gfx card,i bought yesterday, when i emailed them about a return i got this message.

It means that within 7 days from the date of you receiving said item that you are entitled to return it with a full refund with no questions asked.

Unlike a shop, you have no way to see if the item is what you need want until it's in your hands. So due to this you have a chance to get the item in yours hands and then see if it's the one you want, the one that will fit etc, etc.

What did you say in your original email? if I were you I would reply to that mail and say that you would like to return your card as advised please can you have na rma number and post it back to them insured.

Edit, you can let them know anytime upto 7 days after receiving the item it does not mean you have to wait 7 days.

A cooling off period is defined as the period of time you're allowed, after signing an agreement, to cancel it without incurring a financial penalty.

So in this case its an item and cancelling it, is sending it back.
