Hello, i have a intel system which is powering up but is not displaying anything on the monitor. I have purchased a PCI Analyzer and it is giving me the following bios code number. This number stays on the card:
38 = Initiilzing the bus input. IPL, General Devices next , If Pre-sent
Can somebody please tell me in laymen terms what this means and if they can identify what the problem could be with my system.
