what does this figure 4670K mean in speck of the cpu?

Nope 4670k is merely the processor identifier.
The "4" indicates the cpu generation. Eg 4th gen.
The "670" indicates the SKU(stock keeping unit) eg the model name.
The "K" indicates the variation of the chip. K is unlocked. As in multiplier, meaning full range of multiplier control.
