Either....

Low on RAM or your page file is too small

How much ram do you have, Do you have much running in the back ground in the system tray?

Have you set a size for the page file?

all nt based pc's need a pagefile, fact

What was your memory use at the time? Something might have memory leaked over your current page file.

I had this the other day, for the 1st time ever.
It was after 5 hours of BF2.
I have 1gb ram but its only "where in the world..." value stuff, I'm going to get another gb soon.
Oh yeah, I increased my page file and I haven't had it since

Put it to system, then you should have no worries.
If it doesn't work, simply change it back.

i would say set min and max to 3072, that way your page file is in one place on the hdd and doesnt fragment your drive.

only been in the business 10+ years though so what do i know
