What does this mean?

I was wondering if this is loud?, for a portable cd stereo, as i want to get a portable that i can hear while playing bball.

It might be ok for playing bball with, but I doubt it'll knock your socks off. The Variation at 100Hz is pretty massive so it won't be bassy without distortion. If you can listen to some systems in high street retailers you might get a better idea, as it's pretty hard to predict 'loudness' with that sort of system.
