What does this mean?

I have got a DFI Lanparty NF4-Ultra D motherboard, and it has got these 4 error lights, and at the moment my pc wont boot up and i have one of the4se red lights showing, there are 4 lights altogether but i have only the very last one showing. From what i have read i am pretty sure its my graphics card that needs replacing, but i wanted to checdk with u guys just incase

The manual suggests that when the light is showing the VGA card is detected, when they all go out the system is booting. Looks like it gets stuck here, why I don't know. There is no indication in the manual that "detection" is the same as "OK". I presume you've tried reseating it. I suspect the only way of finding out is to put in another gfx.
