Seems updating to .36 will fix it.

Have you considered switching distribution as Ubuntu gives you so many headaches? Also all these questions would be much more suited to the actual Ubuntu forums themselves...

I thought about it, I love Ubuntu, but OMG!!! I used openSuSE 10.3, same hardware, no probs. & I used it for like a year also. I have no idea why it freezes. It is a bug in this distro for sure, Ubuntu forums have a 1,400+ post thread just about freezes/hangups. There is no source to the bug also. People say most major distroes have the bug, so switching would be pointless prob. Sorry about the rant it is just annoying!!!
