One-time licence fee to download to multiple PS4 systems. Sign in to PSN is not required to use this on your primary PS4, but is required for use on other PS4 systems.

Can I play it @ the same time? as my son.

Thanks.

I am thinking its worth the extra if I am not playing th PS4.

if your son is on the console you downloaded it on while you were logged into your own account and you are on another console and download it again and remain signed in to your own account i think you can both play.

thats how it works on xbox anyway.

Not to sure how it works but I would imagine that you can't be logged in on both consoles with the same account.

I could be wrong though

Thanks for the answers guysit seems that it will work with 2 PS4's in the same house
but my son lives with his mum.

"As long as you set his PS4 as your Primary console, he'll be able to play Destiny (and any other games that you download) on his own (sub)account, including online multiplayer. You can log into your secondary PS4 with your account and also play online at the same time.

That is the way it is intended by Sony to work for a household with two PS4s."

Put your profile on his account and make it the primary console and he will be able to play any games on his own profile and you will still be able to play games on your console, with your profile but you have to be online.

Technically doesn't need to be in the same house, but what you've described is how it works.

If you wanted to you can also password protect your account on his PS4 to stop him directly accessing it, while not preventing him from playing your games. You can then remotely download your games to the PS4 if you don't have access directly.

Obvious downside is that should internet or PSN go down you won't be able to play any of your downloaded games on your own console as you need to be online all the time.
