What does this phrase mean to you?

We had a work email the other day (you know the ones, spammed to every single employee worldwide) aimed at empowering women in the workplace.

All cool I think to myself, I'm happy for gender equality, women's rights etc. So I started reading, and the first line said "You can’t change the world with your legs crossed”... :eek:

I can't begin to imagine why someone thought that was appropriate!
