What does this text message mean?

I'm familiar with the "you can claim £3000 for your recent accident"-type texts, I don't know what's this is all about. I still suspect spam but the 'call 123' bit throws me because that makes it sound like an operator number, and yes, the text does contain character returns. I'm on Orange. I don't know what fidelity means in this context, but in audio playback, it means a clearer sound.

Thanks guys :-) Looks like it's on a similar vein to the PPI spam that's going around too. It struck me as weird that they had '123' in the message, considering that Orange customer service is 150 and I guess people would have fallen for that.

Edit: don't know if it's relevant, but the sender number was 5850.
