Just curious to see what your nVidia cards boost to. Please could you tell me the type of cooling and card used please? I believe all 6 series cards will have a boost clock.

Don't oc them please :)

Here is the GTX 690s all 4 GPUs at stock (915)

Default out the box sustained boost with no adjustments on my 780 is 1188 on the Gigabyte WF3 + GHZ backplate, clock to 1267MHz without using silly voltages, non-standard BIOS, etc.

With case/CPU cooler fans at 600rpm for quiet - at ~1k rpm on the case fans drops another ~3C off the idle GPU temps. Needless to say love this card.

Here is another one with the cards overclocked

If only all dual GPU cards could manage 300mhz over the stock 915mhz with no voltage control and look at those temps on air. Who needs an AIO watercooler.;):D

Pair of 780 phantom glh's, both boost to 1110mhz on air and water.

Max boost I can do on air or water is ~1300mhz then I need to break out the custom bios.

780s seem to have consistant boosting results...

How come though the cards under water don't boost higher than on air? I thought when the temperature was lower GPU boost would boost higher?

Msi ref 780ti boosts to 1020 on air, clocks to 1245 stock.

Gigabyte ref 680 boosts to 1110 on air, clocks to 1240 at stock.
Msi ref 680 boosts to 1080 on air, clocks to 1225 at stock

Just for reference, I have one Titan boost to 1031 and one boost to 1071 (I think) and mine was the same on air (now on water) but curious to see what differences we all get :) thanks for posting and plenty more please.

My previous 670's had a bit of a difference as well. 1189 and 1150 stock boost, oc'd the former hit 1320, the latter could only get to 1228. Both wf cards on stock bios.

Oh yeah I had a few 670's too. Wind force did 1189 air and water, dcu2 did ~1120 and zotac amp did ~1140 both on air.

Default upper boost level is based on some ASIC quality data IIRC then modified downwards by TDP, etc. it won't go higher than the out the box boost with replacement cooling, etc.
