What drivers do i actually need to install for an Asrock Z68?

I'm going to do a clean reinstall of Windows 7 tomorrow or monday so i've been downloading all the bits and bobs ready to install and i'm just wondering what I need to install for my motherboard from this list?

I dont know what most is/does and to the best of my knowledge I only need to install Broadcom Lan driver, Etron USB3 driver and maybe Intel Rapid Storage Technology but if anyone knows different, please enlighten me

just the lan driver,win7 installs everything else but you can update things off asrock website
