My Asus P5N32-E Sli has been playing up for ages, and today it finally died.

My current setup consists of an E6400, 4GB Crucial Ballistix and an 8800GTX. Which I don't plan on changing any time soon.

After all the trouble I've had with this board I value stability over anything, though I'd like to be able to get my CPU to at least 3GHz (have had it at 3.6GHz in the Asus).

Fairly cool running wouldn't hurt either.

Don't want to spend more than £100 as I think I'll take this opportunity to get a new case as well. :)

I also don't want another Asus board. I've got a couple of Gigabytes which have been very good so far, so I'd definitely consider those, but am open to suggestions.

So what mobo would suit me? :)

ASUS P5Q range is the obvious answer, but you're not interested, so the Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R or DFI Lan Party DK P45-T2R should do the job.

In all honesty go for an Asus P45

your issue is your running an nfail chipset which are trouble on any board :)

P5Q range is excellent
