There is nothing to say that its a preset.
It's been processed so that its got a decent amount of contrast and its underexposed so that the blacks are crushed. Its got a warm tone that is above neutral and overall the fact that predominately there are only really two colours present, brown and black, it becomes very much dominated by them.
