Its been posted here a few times. The first maybe 5 or 6 years ago. Its pretty well known on the net, and there's a mail doing the rounds that I've received a few times too.

TBH, if you look at the guy in the photo he's not a n00b... to get up there WITH an ironing board means that he is a hardcore experienced climber - hence why the picture is 'ironic satire' rather than in any way dumb.
