What exercise for higher back muscle exercise?

Hi, I can exercise all of my front muscles easily and I can feel every muscle on the front of my body ache when I do exercises.

What's peeing me off is the fact that I can't say the same for my back, what exercises do you guys use to really feel the burn on the top half of your back? I can never feel anything there when I try my exercises, I won't say what I do I just want to hear what you guys use.
 
It's like a bent over row but you stand more upright. There's a description of it here and a video here. Ignore the YouTube comments. Most are made by muppets that have no idea what a Yates Row is.
