What expansion for totalwar warhammer whilst steam sale is on

Hi i just purchased total war warhammer on steam even though dont have a laptop that will play at the minute but any add ons you think should purchase for when i do get one ?

The beastmen dlc is generally considered the worst value for money due to missing a number of units. The wood elves is considered the best.

I would personally get all but if you had to miss one for now skip the beastmen one.
