I am getting a ThermalRight XP-120 to cool my opty 146 @ 3ghz but im not sure what fan to get with this heat sink It must look good aswell as be silent

I'm afraid to say the best silent fans are never the ones that look good, so you will have to make a compromise.

Panaflos are the best for cfm/noise ratio, but no leds. If i were you i would get cathodes and leds seperately and get a decent fan rather than getting a lesser fan for the sake of a few leds.

Ill go for a akasa amber 120mm then
