What fans? I need recomendations!

I'm after a positive pressure set up using 120mm fans. right now I have

Intake-
1x themalright TR-FDB-12-600? came with my old venom x cooler, bios is showing as 347rpm, it is nice and quiet but does not move any air

Radiator/Exhuaste-
1x EK-Fan silent 120-1600rpm (58.8 cmf, 25.8 dbA,1.7mm H2O static pressure) though the rad this is moving as much air as the thermalright, can hear this fan at 26db.

I'm thinking 2x Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm 1450 RPM - 3 Pin
- 21.0 dB(A) at 1450 RPM
- Air volume at full speed (12V), CFM ±10% 50.0
- Noise level at full speed (12V), dB(A) 21.0
on the asumpsion that the cmf on the rad fan would drop becuase of the air resistance of the fins giving me positive pressure?

or

Scythe Kaze Jyuni 1200RPM Slipstream
- Air volume at full speed (12V), CFM ±10% 68.5
- Noise level at full speed (12V), dB(A) 24.0
- Fan speed at full speed (12V), RPM ±10% 1200

or

Akasa AK-FN058 Apache Black Super Silent 120mm Fan - 4 Pin PWM
 Max airflow 57.53 CFM (97.74 m3/h)
- Sound level 6.9 -16.05 dB(A)
- Max static air pressure 26.40 mm-H2O
my motherboard has 4 pin sockets for the cpu, I think it supports pwm. I like this one same cmf as the EK and even quiet at 16db

There are way too many fans on OCuk, I'm going to have another look later on. I'm open to any sugestions.
 
I have and would recomend the apache's with the spliter lead run off the system,
perfect setup me thinks!!
 
this would be perfect, if only it was pwmScythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm 5400 RPM, one thing in bios I have normal, silent, turbo etc. What I want is the fans to be silent when no load like when watching love film or internet and full blast when it needs it with out my intervention, not sure with the avalible setting on the mobo I can achive this or would I be better off with a fan controler. but that would mean I have to adjust the fan speeds.
 
That is loud! my 2500k@ 4.5ghz 1.23v is hitting 73 degree c on water, I thought 105 cmf would defenintly drop the temp, but not at that dba level

Sold Scyth gental typoon it has a 50cmf, but what can it push though a radiator?
