What fighter flight sim?

I recall it was buggy as hell and didn't run properly on the PC, or was it a SNES game ?
Think I used to play it on my Pentium p75 with 8 Meg of Ram !

Would love a good combat sim but there does seem to be a lack of new or planned releases.

What makes you think there is an air war in the Balkans, not even in 1999 was there an air war. The nearest in the Balkens then or Afghan now is Close Air Support of which the A10 in LOMAC is close-ish.
