What fixings do I need to put up a punch bag bracket?

What type or surface will you be putting it up on, plasterboard, stone, concrete or wood? Different surfaces needs different fixings.
 
The rawl bolts you linked in your original post should be more than enough to mount into brick.
As long as the holes in the frame are big enough to take the bolts!
 
You will want 6 fixing points or the weight of the bag combined with movement from being hit will soon rip it out the wall. Even with the bolt you linked! I've seen bag hangers shatter concrete blocks before now, weight + movement + time = disaster!
 
I'd probably hang some 2x4 with heavy wall anchors then mount the bag bracket on that to be honest. You can get more fixings into the wall that way. Probably ply line the wall behind so it doesn't ruin the plaster.

If you're fixing into block as opposed to brick you might consider resin fixings as a better solution.
