just looked at tattoo and love the font
does anyone know what it is or something similar?

Unfortunately it's not a font - it's just some tattoo parlour guys handwriting/a style he's made. You can tell it's not from a font template because some of the same letters are different on each use - the 'n' for instance.

I don't know of many font sites where you'll be able to find something similar - try http://www.themeworld.com/fonts/.
