What fps in cod4 and 3dmark score should i expect?

Hi,

As the title says what fps are you guys getting on similar systems?

I am getting 60 fps max which I think is quite low.

I just did a 3dmark 06 and the score was 8081, thought this was low too.

E6300 oc to 2.24
8800 GTX 768mb
4gb Geil 4-4-4-12 RAM

Turn off vsync

That 3damrk score is low, i get more than that with a 8800GTS 640.
The 60FPS cap is vsync - turn that off and it'll go higher

i used to get 10500 3dmarks with a stock gtx and a stock 6600 when i had it so its a little low!!

3D Mark seems low. Even at stock.

Get that E6300 to at least 3ghz for starters.

Really? What temps are you running? Are you air or water cooled?

Its funny, sometimes my BIOS seems to revert back to stock everything, messing up memory timings etc.

Im on water and temps idle around the mid to high 20's (depending on ambiant) and max at 60 under 100% orthos load. It shouldnt take much to get 3ghz unless your mobo is pants.

Same one i have.. get an aftermarket cooler and youll have no problems clocking upto and ast 3ghz

Same thing i have then. Try going into your bios and upping the FSB... i have mine at 460 with the multi at 7 at the moment. Temps idle at 45ish, but i dont have the fan on max. I have also upped the voltages to around 1.37 or something.

Just got it up to 2.8 @ 41 degs

Up the voltage a bit if it starts playing up. You should be able to get well over 3ghz if you havnt needed to up it to get to 2.8ghz

Its at 3ghz now. Voltage was at 1.45 i have dropped it to 1.4 temp is at 41-43 ish

Now i will have to try 3dmark again.......

Still only getting 60 fps on cod4 though with vsync disabled..

had the same cpu+mobo as you have.. with 2gb ocz pc6400

can run the e6300 @ 3.0GHz and thats on stock Vcore! paired with a Zalman CNPS9700.
temps idle at low 40s and around 55 on load. stable.
